Terms of Service
The rules for using this store and sending gifts to artists.
These terms apply when you use this store or send a gift. By placing an order you agree to them.
- Every gift goes to the artist you choose. Our studio prepares each gift and hands it to the artist; nothing is shipped to you.
- Virtual gifts are delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed. Physical gifts are delivered by the studio, and your order page shows their progress.
- Prices are shown before you pay. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see your card details.
- Messages you add must be respectful. We may decline or remove messages that are abusive, unlawful or contain personal information.
- If we cannot fulfil an order, we may cancel it and refund it in full.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer laws that apply to you. We may update these terms; the version you agreed to stays with your order.
